1) Discuss your family's preferences and finalize the agreement.

2) Remit the $350 non-refundable deposit to initiate the matching process and confirm your commitment

3) Upon receiving the deposit, we'll promptly begin searching for the perfect candidate to meet your family's needs!

Selection
1) Review the profiles of qualified candidates provided by the agency, and schedule interviews with those you’re interested in meeting.

2) During interviews, ask about their experience, childcare philosophies, and availability to ensure they’re a good fit.
​
3) After evaluating each candidate, choose the nanny who best matches your family's requirements and values.

Finished!
1) Finalize the employment contract with terms and conditions.

2) Remit final payment to Premier Nanny Network.
​
3) Congratulations—the process is complete!
